Continuing his study of Revelation 17 and 18, Dr. Charles Stover presents his view that New York City represents the “Mystery Babylon” described in Scripture. He compares Revelation’s picture of a wealthy, influential commercial city brought down suddenly with New York’s role in global finance and the 1929 stock market crash.
The message emphasizes preparation in light of the possibility of economic and social upheaval. Dr. Stover urges listeners to study Revelation for themselves, prepare essential supplies, strengthen relationships with a dependable community, and above all remain prayerful and spiritually prepared.
